B3 Home Services is led by a team of Atlanta natives and community advocates who believe that where you live should reflect who you are. We work at the intersection of real estate, technology, and neighborhood stewardship — helping individuals and families plant roots in Atlanta while ensuring that growth lifts the existing community rather than displacing it.

B3 Home Services facilitates real estate transactions for clients moving into Atlanta, with a focus on transactional services that make the process clear, accessible, and community-minded. Our development work operates exclusively within the Beltline Overlay — a deliberate decision to build in historically underinvested corridors and prevent the displacement of long-time residents as Atlanta grows. We fund our development pipeline through YourHomeBuoy, our home services technology platform, ensuring that our community work is self-sustaining and not dependent on outside capital.

B3 Partnership is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). We partner with mixed-use properties, local businesses, and community organizations to actively reshape how Atlanta's neighborhoods are understood and experienced. Our work confronts the narratives that have continued to negatively impact areas like Southwest Atlanta and surrounding communities long after — by building platforms like SouthwestLivingATL that tell the real story of these neighborhoods: their culture, their residents, and their future.

For too long, communities in Southwest Atlanta and across the Beltline corridor have been undervalued not because of what they lack, but because of how they have been portrayed. B3 Partnership exists to correct that record — partnering with the businesses, residents, and institutions already doing the work, and amplifying them through lifestyle content, community programming, and strategic partnerships that rebuild neighborhood identity from the inside out.
